PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Following are the terms and conditions (quality requirements) applicable to every purchase order issued by ANOROC and shall remain in effect until further notice. Additional conditions may apply in accordance with our customers’ requirements as stated on the actual purchase order. Should you have any questions or require clarification regarding any of the following, it is your responsibility to contact us for clarification.
RIGHT OF ACCESS
Right of access by ANOROC, our customer and/or regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records.
All processing/service associated with ANOROC purchase orders must be performed in accordance with the latest specification revision unless otherwise specifically requested. Documentation must include the identification and revision status of specifications, drawings, process requirements, inspection/verification instructions and other technical data.
You are required to notify ANOROC of any nonconforming product as result of your process/service. Nonconforming product must not be further processed without written authorization.
Immediate notification must be made of any process or product discrepancy discovered after delivery must be made in writing to prevent further processing and/or delivery of nonconforming product.
You are required to notify ANOROC when there is a discrepancy in piece count and/or any part of our requirements are unclear.
You are required to flow down all applicable purchase order requirements, including content of Customer specific Quality Clauses as defined on our Purchase Order and key characteristics, to sub-tier suppliers when applicable. ANOROC must have previous knowledge and approval of all (sub-tier) suppliers used for our product.
Suppliers shall establish and maintain a Counterfeit Parts/Material Prevention and Control Plan using AS5553 (Reference elements of Section 4) and/or AS6174 (Reference elements of Section 3) to ensure that counterfeit goods are not delivered to Anoroc. The purpose of the control plan shall be to develop a robust process to prevent the delivery of counterfeit commodities and control commodities identified as counterfeit.
You are required to notify ANOROC of changes in product and/or process definition, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location and, where required, obtain ANOROC approval prior to any further actions.
You are required to provide documented proof of processing (process certification, mill report, physical and/or chemical test result, etc.) with each and every shipment/order.
You are required to retain process records, certifications and test reports for a minimum of 10 years. Electronic records have the same requirements, control and retention as paper records. They must also be capable of maintaining data integrity for the retention period. No records shall be destroyed without prior written communication to Anoroc’s Quality Management requesting approval to do so. This requirement must be flowed down to your sub-tiers.
Records are to be maintained utilizing the supplier’s documented procedure and provided without cost to Anoroc upon request. The same requirement applies to copies of Certificates of Compliance, etc. forwarded with shipments. These records must be made available for review by request of ANOROC, our customers and regulatory authorities in accordance with contract or regulatory requirements and without cost.
Our Website is based on computers located in the United States. Your Personally Identifiable Information will be used and stored in the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may differ from the level of protection as in other parts of the world.
Product must be handled, stored and packaged to prevent damage or deterioration.
FOR CALIBRATION SOURCES
You are required to comply with the requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 or ISO 10012-1. All certificate(s) of calibration must reflect compliance.
FOREIGN MATERIAL SOURCE
When required by contract, raw material must be certified as domestic from a mill in a qualified country as listed on the Bilateral Airworthiness Agreement (BAA) and/or DFARS paragraphs 252.225-7014 ALT 1 and 225.872-1.

FOR APPROVED PROCESS SUPPLIERS
You are responsible to process and perform inspection of the results of your processing to ensure all applicable process and material specifications are met and documented accordingly. You are further required, upon request, to demonstrate and provide evidence of your processes to planned results and establish arrangements for the processes including:
- Defined criteria for review and approval of the processes (qualification and approval of special processes prior to use)
- Approval of equipment and qualification of personnel
- Use of specific methods, statistical techniques for product acceptance, and procedures (control of the significant operations, key characteristics and parameters of special processes in accordance with documented process specifications and changes thereto)
- Requirement for records
EXPORT CONTROL FOR MILITARY PROGRAMS
Items, data and/or services are controlled by U.S. export control laws or regulations. SELLER agrees to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, specifically including, but not limited to, the requirements of the Arms Export Control Act, 22 U.S.C. 2751-2799, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR 120-130; and the Export Administration Act, 50 U.S.C. app. 2401-2420, including the Export Administration Regulations, 15 CFR 730-774; including the requirement for obtaining an export license or agreement, if applicable.
Without limiting the foregoing, SELLER agrees that it will not transfer an export controlled item, data, or service, to include transfer to foreign persons employed by or associated with, or under contract to SELLER or SELLER’s lower-tier suppliers, without the authority of a U.S. Government export license, agreement or applicable exemption or exception.
Supplier is required to ensure that personnel are aware of:
- Their contribution to product or service conformity
- The importance of ethical behavior.
- Their contribution to product safety
